Exciting opportunity for Physio's to work with Capita Health and Wellbeing as a CONTRACT CLINICAL TRAINER ..... Day Rate - 270-370 (min 2 days) Monday to Friday - 8am to 5pm

AS A CLINICAL TRAINER .....

You will be training our PIP Disability Assessors from a set training program which combines face to face and remote learning via E Learning / Webex.

This is a great opportunity to join rapidly growing team within one of the largest BPO companies within the UK. Your clinical experience combined with your excellent clinical training skills will be utilised to support and train cohorts that are built up with multi-disciplined clinical staff who are embarking on a challenge, yet rewarding career to become Disability Assessors.

Delivering this interactive training programme, both face to face and remotely, you need to be engaging in your delivery, professional and positive in your approach at all times whilst having the ability to adapt your training skills to ensure that all delegates find you approachable at all times.

In addition to delivering training you will manage the group of remote trainees ensuring they receive timely and accurate feedback, monitor individual trainees progress and provide 1:1 coaching and support as required. You will also maintain accurate training records of learner assessments and achievements and any other associated tasks.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

2 years' post registered experience

Qualified Health Professional Nurse, OT, Physio, Level 1, Paramedic, Doctor

Ability to engage learners at every stage of the learning process using a variety of exercises and discussion to embed understanding

IT literate - word and power-point
