Physics Teacher

One of our top performance schools in West London is looking to appoint a physics teacher to start in September. The right candidate will be expected to support the Catholic Ethos of the school. At KS3, 93% of the students are making 5 levels of progress. At KS4, students have a choice between three pathways. The most popular one being GCSE Separate Science following the OCR specification and providing students with three separate GCSE grades. The school also offers a GCSE core and additional science or an entry level. Here are the results obtained by students in that school for triple science: Biology A* - C = 100% (National Average = 93%) / A* - A =90% (National Average = 6%), Chemistry A* - C = 100% (National Average = 93%) /A* - A = 62% (National Average = 48%), Physics A* - C = 100% (National Average = 93%) / A* - A = 60% (National Average = 46%) The school is well served by numerous bus services which will take you to the main tube stations (central line/ district line) in less than 15 min.
