ALL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE: 1 - 2 years minimum Physical Therapy experience in skilled nursing facility. Other settings will be considered on a case by case basis. Active Arizona State Physical Therapy licensure.
Full-time or 13 Week Assignment, 8 hour day shifts, 40 hours per week
Start date: ASAP
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
Recent U.S. Physical Therapy experience required
Active American Heart Association BLS card
Weekly salary will be discussed by Recruiter
