SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER
PHP/SMYFONY (BACK END)
Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced PHP/SYMFONY DEVELOPER (BACK END) to join one of their clients, a well renowned Swiss organisation. For this longer term, temporary assignment based in Zurich and/or Bern we are seeking an English speaking candidate who is immediately available.
Are you an experienced Senior Software Developer developer with a solid background in PHP and Symfony? If yes, please apply!
OVERVIEW:
- Act as a primary contact within the development team and take on senior responsibilities for the technical implementation.
- You are willing to participate in Relevant certification programs (banking software companies such as Avaloq/Finnova)
- As a senior developer you will be mentoring other developers and managing projects
- Ideally you have already engaged larger scale open source projects
- Ability to work independently on tasks but act as a team member within an Agile/Scrum environment.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Several years' experience with PHP5(x) and Symfony2
- Knowledge of other programming languages (Java, Javascript, Ruby, Pythony etc.)
- Banking/Financial background highly regarded
- Very good knowledge of GIT, Gitflow, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap
- Knowledge of SQL, ideally Oracle
- Good understanding of build/quality tools such as, composer, PHPUnit, Jenkins for continuous deployment
LOCATION: Zurich and/or Bern
START DATE: ASAP
DURATION: 6 months, possible extension
