JOB: PHP DEVELOPER
LOCATION: GENEVA, SWITZERLAND
JOB: 3-6 MONTH CONTRACT
I am currently working for one of our best client who're looking for more contractors to work on an on-going project in Geneva, Switzerland. Specifically using Symfony framework, the successful PHP developer will start immediately and gain the possibility of working on multiple projects for the client.
SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of PHP5, JavaScript, Linux Shell, and SQL
- Strong knowledge of Front End technologies including HTML, CSS, jQuery, AJAX technologies
- Demonstrated experience with major PHP frameworks (Symfony, Zend, etc.)
- Extensive experience with LAMP stack and open source software in general
- Experience with MySQL and Oracle
- Experience in an Agile development environment, particularly SCRUM
- Demonstrated ability with working in a geographically distributed development team environment
- Must have excellent problem solving skills and love technical challenges
- Must be self-motivated, and able to multi-task
- Must be able to take initiative to be productive and efficient
- Fluent in English and/or French
- BS degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Technical writing skills
