POSITION: PHONE SUPPORT WITH TELECOM BILLING

LOCATION: CARY, NC

DURATION: 6+MONTHSQUALIFICATIONS
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Telecom/phone experience.
- Familiar with smart phones - Android, iPhones & Blackberry devices.
- Experience with telecom billing, invoicing and inventory management.
- Experience working with vendors - especially Verizon concerning cell phone billing and support.
- Familiar working with users to synchronize data between Mail Servers and devices.

PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Desktop support of Windows XP & 7 OS.
- Training experience as well as able to put together training materials, slide desks, etc. to assist with trainings.
- Organized and able to maintain documentation on processes and procedures.
- Familiar with moving/porting phone numbers.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:

- A+ Certification
- Net + Certification

RESPONSIBILITIES AND JOB DUTIES

- Manage day-to-day Telecom Expense Management (TEM) activities and interactions with a TEM service provider, covering the entire life cycle of telecom services from request, order and receipt of service to invoice processing and termination.
- Functions of the TEM service provider include (but not limited to) collecting and reviewing telecom invoices for accuracy, allocating invoices and passing to Accounts Payable for payment, raising and managing disputes with telecom providers, maintaining the inventory of telecom circuits and services, telecom procurement and billing queries, auditing, reporting and managing requests.
- Work closely with the service provider to manage the plans.
- Facilitate vendor access to CLIENT site information, telecom carriers, carrier portals, invoice accounts, and other related records or data. Participate in the training relating to the CLIENT interactions with the TEM tool, such as the order and changes of telecom services and generating reports.
- Manage vendor performance management of the TEM service provider.
- Assist with resolving operational issues.
- Monitor invoice payment feeds from the TEM service provider to CLIENT- Review vendor-provide reports and generate ad-hoc reports. Drive/Track cost savings. Monitor, add, move, change, and disconnect activity.
