Pharmacy Technician Job

PHARMACY TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Warrendale, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong background in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Solid math skills
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within pharmacy guidelines.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Data entry of prescriptions filled out by the MDO into the patients profile.
- Verifies all information is complete on the Rx and all necessary information is entered on the patient's profile.
- Follows all necessary guidelines to ensure laws and regulations are followed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High School diploma or GED,
- Previous data entry experience
- Excellent phone etiquette skills and ability to interact professionally with others.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Previous Pharmacy Technician experience.
- PTCB certification.
