Requisition review (multiple times per day)
Follow up, follow up and follow up
Client interaction
Sourcing
Candidate presentation and/or disposition
Sources, attracts and screens new employees for nonexempt and exempt positions.
Maintains and seeks valuable sourcing contacts in the industry including college recruiting, technical schools, job fairs, and affirmative action programs.
Conducts reference checks.
May coordinate examinations, travel, and reporting dates.

Allied Health recruiting/high volume recruiting experience

Overall Business Acumen
10+ years Full life cycle recruitment experience.
MUST HAVE STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS, FOLLOW UP, COMMUNICATION
MUST BE ABLE TO HANDLE A DEMANDING WORKLOAD
Lotus Notes, TALEO HIGHLY PREFERRED
Must have experience meeting with internal/external clients.
