My client is a fast-growing Pharmaceutical company based in Zurich Switzerland and they are looking for a Drug Safety Associate to work on Case Management. This is a 4 month contract which might turn into a permanent position.

You will have a chance to expand your skills in safety data processing, compliance, etc., dealing with both clinical and spontaneous reports. This will open doors for you in the future and help enhance your career.

Responsibilities

- Perform triage and case processing of safety data received from worldwide sources - spontaneous, clinical trial, literature,etc.
- Ensure inbound and outbound communication related to individual safety cases is tracked appropriately.
- Ensure consistency in case classification, causality, labeling, MedDRA, WHO-Drug coding, narratives
- Liaise with other Drug Safety Associates to regarding case processing tasks, including medical evaluations and QC
- Ensure safety reporting in clinical are handled appropriately and reporting is in compliance with regulations to Health Authorities, Ethical committees and External Safety Review Boards.
- Coordinate case follow-up activities and reconciliation with Health Authorities/Contractual Partners/CRO's
- E2B reporting; database and application management; data retrieval; custom reporting
- Perform Reconciliation of Spontaneous cases with partners and affiliates in accordance with SDEA's
