WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Answering incoming calls from healthcare professionals and consumers.
- Provide in-depth information and specific product and/or corporate knowledge to customers.
- Resolution of customer issues may involve extensive analysis, research, and problem-solving.
- Charged with building and strengthening customer relationships, obtaining strategic information, demonstrating broad knowledge and providing appropriate product information.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Bachelors degree with three (3) years health sciences or related pharmaceutical experience.
- Call center or related customer-service experience.
- Pharmacist, Pharmd required
- Must have demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have demonstrated oral/written communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced structured environment with a team approach.
- Must possess proven technical and computer skills.
