Pharmaceutical Facilities Engineer Job

PHARMACEUTICAL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in SUMMIT, NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Facilities and construction engineering and design
- GxP Experience
- Pharmaceutical or Biotech experience

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Manage major construction projects at multiple North American sites.
- Responsibilities include developing design concepts with the users and design engineering firm, developing request for proposals to bid projects, coordination with customers, contractors and consultants, review documents, prepare capital appropriation requests, review and pay invoices, monitor progress, quality control, assist with safety issues and training, and proper project closure
- Ability to handle multiple projects with no supervision
- Provide high level support to Corporate Services as well as other departments
- Value Engineer as needed.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a closely related field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum ten (10) years experience in a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, biotech or construction environment or equivalent.
- Must absolutely have Pharma experience

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of Primavera scheduling software
- Good understanding of Oracle project finance software
- Good organizational skills.
