Pharma Programme Manager - R&D

Stanton House have partner with a large consultancy in helping them deliver people solutions to their end client.
We are currently looking to speak with Senior Project Managers/Programme Managers with experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, particularly within R&D. This is an interim role until December 2019, based in Switzerland paying 780 CHF - 910 CHF (Swiss franc).
This is a great opportunity to work with a large Pharma organisation at the start of a large programme of work. The successful interim with be acting as an independent consultant that is aligned to no particular vendor and to manage multiple stakeholders and 3rd parties. You will of needed to have extensive experience across the Agile methodology and been a functional SCRUM master.
Experience required to be considered for this position is:
- Higley experienced in Project management with expertise in running Agile projects and life cycle in various environments
- Can manage vendors, clients and third-party resources.
- Experience functioning as Scrum Master and with Agile tools including JIRA.
- Has scrum master experience is a must as most of these teams will be running agile methodology, but not all the successful candidate will have experience in other methodologies.
- Pharmaceutical experience specifically in R&D will be needed
- R&D domain experience is also a must/highly preferred.
- The successful candidate must understand at least the pre-clinical and clinical business knowledge to be effective.
- Ability to work independently on large projects, to function in a matrixed organisation and to moderate workshops with 25 participants to produce outcomes
- Proficient in budget and status tracking
- Stakeholder management and business collaboration across work streams and geographies
- Good project management experience in reporting, tracking and tools
