Pharma Digital Marketing Project Manager - Basel

For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Basel, Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:

PHARMA DIGITAL MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER

MAIN TASKS IN THIS POSITION:

-In general the Project Manager will be responsible for two projects:
-First project: Onboarding of a pharmacovigilance Business Unit onto the Digital Asset Management tool
-Second project: System Deployment & Training of the Digital Asset Management Tool for several Business Units
-Drive a global business change in the marketing area
-A digital asset management system is rolled out and now the marketing teams in various countries around the globe are required to start utilising the digital asset management tool to share their marketing material and creation with the rest of the globe.
-Working with business customers, identifying their needs, creating training documentation and offering training to the business to execute and coordinate the business change management piece of the overall project.
-The system is to be rolled out into UK, France, Germany, Brazil and the US in close cooperation with the business.
-The main focus is on getting the product managers and their external agencies up to speed on the new business process and ensuring they are adequately trained to do their job with the tool.
-Experience in training, digital asset management, business process workflow in marketing is an asset.

YOUR PROFILE:

-Strong knowledge and experience in Digital Asset Management Systems
-Experience in pharmaceutical industry and GXP/Validating Systems is a must
-P MI qualification
-Experience in training
-Business process workflow in Marketing
-Experience with Widen is a plus (The Digital Asset Management Tool in place)

LOCATION: Basel - Switzerland
DURATION: 3 months - Preferred starting date: end of September
