PEX Change Agent

PEX Change Agent wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector.

YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

- At least 3 years' experience in line and/or project management in the finance sector, preferably in Wealth Management/Private Banking
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma and proven track record of applying those skills
- Solid background in Process Optimization, Continuous Improvement, Change Management, Target Operating Model design, or Business Process Management (BPM)
- Strong knowledge of operational processes in the financial services industry as well as excellent communication, facilitation and analytical skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken

YOUR TASKS:

- Solving problems, optimizing processes and introducing new ways of working with a focus on continuous improvement
- Delivering PEX initiatives which include optimization projects and target operating model design
- Implementing solutions and ensuring sustainable change as well as leading opportunity assessments to identify suitable processes for automation
- Collaborating with Digital PEX engagement leads and solution design specialists in identifying automation solutions
- Coaching client teams on tools and methods and assisting line managers with the consistent implementation of the company's PEX way
