For our client global banking company located in Zurich is looking for a PEX BUSINESS PROCESS MODELER FOR A 6-MONTHS CONTRACT.

Are you passionate about IT? Do you have a knack for analysing business processes? Can you turn requirements into practical solutions? If so, we're looking for someone like you who can:

Design and prepare (Value Stream Optimized) processes for work management tool implementation in close cooperation with process SMEs

Analyse and translate requirements into specific business process models within our workflow management/case management system

Function as integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create technical solutions to meet business needs

Support the development and implementation of specific BPM standards, guidelines, frameworks and process governance structure

YOUR TEAM:

Sitting within GCOO COO, you'll be working as part of the Process Excellence team (PEX team), which acts as a center of competence for process (re-) design and optimization work across bank with tools to deliver continuous front-to-back efficiency and to lead lean and digital transformations. The team consists of experienced change professionals operating globally from multiple bank locations.

YOU HAVE:

- Technical or business academic degree or equivalent
- Proven knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Information Technology (eg Java, Javascript, etc.)
- Architecture Modeling Tool (eg ARIS, Visio)
- Agile Project Management (Scrum/Scrum of Scrums, Agile Ceremonies, Backlog management & prioritization, Change Management etc.)
- Process Optimization
- Business Process Engineering, eg BPMN or CMMN standards
- Case Management/Workflow tool integration and implementation
- Robotics Process Automation
-Minimum 3 years as IT/Business Analyst in a large financial institution
-Proven track record of outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent teamwork skills paired with an ability to work independently in a cross-cultural highly dynamic and fast paced environment
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Fast comprehension and high stress resilience combined with a motivated and positive work ethic
