Allegis Group Services, a part of Allegis Group, is looking to hire an On-Site Pre-Employment Screening Administrator. 6 months FTC based in the city, London.

The Administrator will report to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Pre Employment Screening and Compliance Team.

Key Responsibilities:

Co-ordinates the administration and information to contingent workers. Involving the on-boarding of contingent workers and compilation of contractual compliance screening documentation.

To manage pre employment screening (PES) through to the issue of the certificate of completion for all direct and third party workers

Act as point of contact for direct worker queries, responsible for completing query investigations and resolutions.

Understand right to work/visa requirements and restrictions, applying working knowledge to applicable contractors.

Coordinate induction schedules and booking confirmations.

Monitor and follow up visa renewals to ensure right to work compliance of all active workers.

Employ strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver a high level of customer service, developing strong business relationships with contingent workers

We are looking for someone with:

- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Previous administration experience and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment providing high levels of customer service
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a virtual team
