Top defence co. Require Learning & Development/People Development Co-ordinator to manage the development of procurement & commercial staff. 9 Month Contract Lancaster - Warton £20.69 ph

A tier one defence contractor are actively recruiting for a personnel development Co-ordinator to understand the demands of various commercial and procurement requirements and create appropriate L&D plans. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for reviewing the attendance of procurement development opportunities and reviewing examination results. Using feedback from the L&D services (you have gathered) you will create new and innovative solutions.

The ideal applicant will have demonstrable experience of the above whilst also being an independent self starter the successful candidate will also need to show prior experience of capturing and managing the estimating and budget responsibilities attached to the plans.
