The Royal College of Art is the only wholly postgraduate institution devoted to the study of art, design, humanities and communications. The College is expanding across its six Schools, and now requires a Personnel Advisor to assist in the effective implementation of its human resources strategy.

This position will work within the Personnel team, with responsibilities including recruitment, equal opportunities and policy development. The role will include taking a lead in the implementation of a new HR/Payroll system and acting as a point of contact for systems related queries.

Applicants should be educated to degree level, ideally possessing a CIPD qualification and with significant personnel experience. You should have an understanding of the broad range of Personnel/HR issues and be highly computer literate.
