PERSONIFY BUSINESS ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in New York, NY.

TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provides support to multiple business units for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of supported applications.
- Act as a Business Analyst and develop strong business knowledge for all assigned departments to support.
- Act as a Liaison/Lead for any assigned projects. May require strong knowledge of the operations and business rules for a business unit and the technology solution identified to improve their business operations.
- Act as a Support Resource for any assigned projects. Participate in developing systems requirements, testing, implementation schedules, project support and technical analysis.
- Provides level two and three user support and problem resolution for any assigned enterprise application systems.
- Act as a Project Manager/Project Coordinator for any assigned projects and follow all the guidelines outlined by the IT Project Management Office.
- Works with other IT staff and vendors to assure the regular maintenance of the enterprise application systems.
- Writes, runs, and distributes standard and custom reports and database queries. Designs new reports or updates/redesigns existing reports. Develops ad-hoc and custom queries of the various databases for reporting, updating, and for integration of systems.
- Reports to management and users on project progress, problems, and the need for changes. Prepares and presents formal reports as needed.
- Identifies policies and procedures related to activities and takes appropriate action with respect to each.
- Keeps abreast of changes in Information Technology and maintains current software analytical skills.
- Applies current technology to provide business solutions

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- A minimum of one to three (1-3) years experience supporting, integrating, modifying the Personify AMS enterprise application system as a systems analyst, or equivalent in training and experience.
- Strong to expert knowledge of the Personify AMS and/or TIMMS system and how it is used to support business operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively translate technical requirements, limitations, and parameters to nontechnical managers and staff.
- Proficient analytical and technical skills to analyze prospective system capabilities and suitability to organizational needs.
- Ability to analyze user needs, plan project tasks, meet budget and administrative requirements, and provide useful documentation.
- Proficient with SQL databases and utilizing SQL reporting tools, SSIS and Stored Procedures to improve business processes.
- Experience with Data Analysis, Crystal Reports and other Report Writer programs in creating and administering custom reports.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Familiarity with programming languages, current available products, methods to customize commercial off the shelf (COTS) products.
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent education and/or related work experience.
