We encourage you to build new relationships, develop your skills and progress your career in our dynamic environment.As a Telephone Customer Consultant in Personal Banking you will be delivering world-class customer service while selling a range of banking, credit cards and savings products to our customers. The calls you will be dealing with will mostly be inbound calls with some outbound calling to warm leads. Working in our busy call centre, youll be the voice of Santander - engaging with customers and meeting their needs while achieving personal and team targets.
