PERSONAL ASSISTANT - PRIVATE BANKING
Experis IT Switzerland is on the search for an experienced Personal Assistant to join our Client - international company.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Directly support senior management in the day-to-day running of the business
- Document and prepare recurring departmental and regional management meetings
- Take care of the logistics related to meetings/conferences and travels.
- Answer any administrative requests coming in
- Create, maintain and communicate information related to the management team and department
- Create and communicate presentation material on demand
- Manage stationery stock
- Upon request, help foreign assistants/colleagues with local issues (eg local events) and logistics
YOUR PROFILE:
- +5 years of previous experience in the similar role in banking
- Excellent communication skills and ability to cooperate with senior managers
- English & French - very good written and spoken
- Excellent managing and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
- Quality and time minded, especially without supervision
- Adaptability to new assignments thanks to:
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office
- Basic knowledge of financial and banking concepts
- Commercial apprenticeship/Several years of experience as senior administrative support or executive assistant
Location: Geneva
Duration: 3 months contract with an option of further extension
