Personal Assistant - PA - London - MS Office - Communication - Management - Organisation - Office Administration

Our client is a global financial institution with a site based in Central London, who is currently looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to support 3 to 4 senior managers. They are a fantastic company to work for and this is a great role for someone who has previously had experience in a similar role.

The key responsibilities and skills required for this role include:

- Organising travel and accommodation for Senior Managers
- Answering calls and handling queries
- Booking and attending meetings
- Ordering office equipment and supplies
- Managing diaries for Senior Managers
- Liaising with staff and clients
- Writing minutes
- Planning, organising and managing events
- Conducting research
- Typing documents and preparing presentations

The ideal candidate will previously have worked as a Personal Assistant in the financial sector. You will need to possess fantastic communicaton and organisaton skills and be capable of using Microsoft Office packages. Previous experience as a Personal Assistant is essential.
