*Personal Assistant-Investment Banking-St Paul's-12 month contract*

Hyphen Recruitment have an exciting opportunity to work for a large investment bank based near St Paul's. Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant who has previously worked within an investment banking organisation and has experience of supporting at Managing Director level.

Responsibilities

*All round support involving answering phone calls, diary management, arranging internal and external meetings
*Preparing meeting agendas, and coordinating meeting participants, (global, internal and external including regulators)
*Managing the meeting reminders process and minute meetings as required
*Making all necessary arrangements for business travel including visas and scheduling meetings
*Processing and submission of all types of expense reporting ideally within a banking environment.
*Strong communication and organisational skills.
*Proactive style and ability to prioritise, pre-empt and manage multiple and changing priorities.
*Be able to problem solve, use own initiative and take responsibility.
*Has flexible, adaptable 'can do' attitude.
*Ability to confidently interface with senior stakeholders (internal and external).
*Information gathering and monitoring skills.
*Shows keen attention to detail.
*Strong MS Office: Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, Excel.
*SharePoint experience an advantage.
*Culturally sensitive to global team
*Flexible approach to overtime and out of hours working pattern.
*Ability to work in a team environment
