Personal Assistant - Chinese Speaking

Connect44 are looking for a Personal Assistant/Logistics Coordinator in the Zurich location

Contract with extension

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will be a part of the local Supply Chain Team and take over the following responsibilities:

Coordinate material pickup and transportation;
Manage inventory with SCM (Supply Chain Management) system
Deal with reverse logistics, organize export, prepare shipping documents
Apply payment for logistics expenses, including Customs related duty, VAT etc., by using IT system
Work with Logistics Specialists/Managers of Regional Office and Headquarter on logistics KPI improvement

REQUIREMENTS:
Commercial apprenticeship (KV) or similar
Minimum 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, logistics or import/export business
Fluent in English
High flexibility and able to manage multiple tasks, being target oriented and able to work under pressure
Solid command of Microsoft tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Quick to learn new IT systems and process
