A blue chip organisation based in Nottingham require a Personal Assistant to join their expanding team for 3 months initially. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Personal Assistant and Team Administrator.
Keys Skills & Experience required:
Duties:
- Draft communications
- Plan and manage events
-Someone who can own the calendar
-Be responsible for ensuring they get what they want when they need it from individuals
-Someone who can plan & issue communications
Essential Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
o Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
o Well organised
o Determined
o Resilient
