PERSONAL ASSISTANT - 6 MONTH CONTRACT - BASED IN ST. PAULS, LONDON

Bank of America Merrill Lynch is currently seeking to recruit an Personal Assistant to join the Global Market Risk division to be based in their offices in St Pauls, London.

The role is to be based in St Pauls, London and will report to Head of the EMEA Business Support Team, assisting the Global Market Risk Teams as needed and providing PA support to the EMEA Market Risk Head and Global Banking and Markets Model Risk Head (all Managing Director level within the Bank).

Global Market Risk is responsible for managing the Bank's relationship with the regulators and maintains constant and open communications to ensure clarity of message and to confirm that the regulators are comfortable with both the speed and direction of regulatory related issue remediation.

Key skills for a Personal Assistant:

*Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
*Previous experience within an Investment Bank, or equivalent
*Demonstrate ability as a team player.
*Previous experience in managing diaries and processing expenses (Concur).
*Ability to work autonomously in a deadline driver environment.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*Proven communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.

Responsibilities of a Personal Assistant:

*Provide direct administrative support to the EMEA Market Risk Head, Global Equity Market Risk Head and GBAM Model Risk Head.
*Extensive diary management, processing expenses (Concur) and extensive travel arrangements.
*Set up logistics of Executive's Global and Regional meetings.
*Work with the Business Support Team in providing administrative support for approximately 100 associates within the Global Market Risk teams.
*Ordering equipment for the team.
*Book travel and accommodation for the team
*Point of contact for incoming calls, screening and resolve appropriately.
*Assist with any ad-hoc projects.
