Key Skills for a Personal Assistant
*Previous experience within a Banking industry.
*3 years+ experience in Administration or Personal Assistance
*Proven MS Office skills
*Strong overall PC skills.
*Strong written and oral communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at different levels.
*Excellent Time Management skills
The role:
*Provide Personal assistance to Senior Vice Presidents and their teams (including full diary management).
*Booking and arranging business travel and any relevant expenses.
*Organising internal meetings.
*Maintaining attendance records
*Central point of contact for team and visitors from other regions.
*Willingness to work over time; if required.
