This is an exccellent opportnity for a Personal Assistant to support the management team with one on one diary, travel & expenses and general admin duties such as:

* Diary management for several managers
* Admin support for management team
* Booking meeting rooms and other meeting facilities
* Arranging audio and video conferencing.
* Preparing daily papers and presentations
* Updating organisation charts
* Creating and updating distribution lists
* Booking international travel
* Expenses
* Assisting with setting up new joiners
* Maintaining weekly whereabouts
* Office management inc. stationery, fire drills, new procedures etc.
* General Ad hoc admin duties

My client is looking for a candidate that has experience within PA/ Secretarial/Administration roles at a senior level, looking to extend their knowledge and skills within the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, with a flexible approach to providing all round support to a busy team. This person will be keen to get involved within all areas of work and provide high level support to both senior managers and other administration staff based inLondon.
