An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Leaving Care Service/16+ team for a personal advisor. The post will involve working with young people aged 18 - 24 as they make the transition through to adulthood. The applicant would require a passion for providing support and assisting young people with meeting their potential.

Experience of completing assessments and Pathway plans, LAC experience of statutory reviews and responsibilities, knowledge of relevant legislation would be desirable.

A car owner/driver preferred due to occasional travel requirements.
