Permanent Offshore Operations Manager

Permanent Offshore Operations Manager - East of England. Excellent Salary Package. I am currently working with a leading marine company in the recruitment of a permanent offshore operations manager to provide business and technical support to the organisations offshore operations. This opportunity will see you manage all offshore operations whilst ensuring that all works are carried out to regulatory standards; OGP, IMCA as well as any other relevant industry standards. Main responsibilities of the role: - Ensuring all offshore and diving operations are carried out safely - Ensure that there is continued business development and that client relationships are strengthened and maintained. - You will be heavily involved in the tendering of new contracts whilst ensuring that the time frame and schedules are realistic for an achievable delivery. - You will work closely with the HR department to ensure that the projects are staffed appropriately - Ensure that diving and offshore operations are correctly reported on - Manage key supplier interfaces effectively Other responsibilities: - Maintain the highest level of diving excellence - Maintain all diving operations documentation - Liaise with the programme and technical services Apologies if this role is not relevant to you.
