Permanent German Speaking Insurance Business Analyst

Next Ventures are currently hiring for a Permanent German speaking Insurance Business Analyst for a role based in Zurich - Switzerland.

Duration - Permanent
Location - Zurich - Switzerland
Salary - Upto 130,000CHF per annum basic + benefits
Language - English and German

Required Skills:

Min 10 years experience in General Insurance
o Solution consulting
o Requirements Elicitation
o Business process improvement
o Product evaluation and consolidation
o Systems design & development
o re-platforming & modernization
At least 1 end to end project (GTM to delivery) experience in at least 1 of the above mentioned areas
Experience across Personal & Commercial lines
Deep understanding of Insurance business processes including CRM, Quote, UW, New business, Administration, Claims, Actuarial, Billing & Collections, Partner Systems, Agency/Broker Operations, Reporting & DWH
Strong Client facing experience in consulting services and program implementations as a lead functional consultant
Proven abilities to structure multiple engagements (eg Consulting, implementation, design & development, outsourcing)
Knowledge of key package/product solutions in General Insurance market for Europe with hands-on experience (evaluation or implementation ) in at least 1 GI package solution
Experience working closely with a team of business analysts and technical experts
Experience leading client engagements in pre-sales & delivery situations to structure solutions to business/technology problems including thought leadership, solution approach, solution design, estimation & delivery models
