Senovo IT is urgently looking for a Perl Developer for an end customer. The PERL Developer will have at least 8-10 years of proven PERL development experience as well as PL/SQL skills in complex projects.

Job Specification: 

Senovo IT's client has an E-commerce tool that generates customer-specific price lists which customers can view and download. These documents are created via PERL scripts. This tool integrates today with our custom-built ERP system. Company is migrating to a new SAP ERP, pricing policy is changing, and as a result, the format of the price documents must be revised. We have two options, one is to rewrite the existing PERL scripts and the other is to convert them to PL/SQL. Conversion would be preferable since we do not have in-house expertise to support PERL.

PHYSICAL LOCATION: 
Flexible, does not need to be on-site. The resource would be working with our India team. The only requirement would be that the resource overlap at least 2 hours with the India team (they work until 10:00 AM EST). Please note that the PERL Developer can also be based in either Barcelona, Budapest, Milan or anywhere in Europe.

This is a REMOTE PROJECT.

Number of Resources: 1

Activities Required: Modify or convert the existing PERL scripts as necessary for the tool to work in the new ERP.

Technical Skills: PERL (Required), PL/SQL (preferred), JAVA (nice to have)
