Performance Testing Program Manager

Our client is a leading IT outsourcing company with a global presence and they are currently looking for a Dutch speaking performance test program manager to join their technology team in Dublin, Ireland for a 12 month rolling contract.
The ideal candidate will have
- Overall 12+ years of experience in IT, at least more than 4 years of management experience
- Have worked with Banking clients
- Worked on HP suite of Performance testing products
- Strong fundamentals of Non-functional Testing & OAT
- Aware about the process for NFT and OAT
- Must have managed multiple projects on NFT (Performance Testing, Security) & OAT in a shared services model
- Past hands on experiences on NFT, OAT test planning, Tools
- Good understanding on Performance testing Metrics, Process & tools
- Must have exposure to working in a Geo-diversified team - Onshore & Off shore model
- Strong Communication Skills - written, oral and presentation skills
- Customer and Business Stakeholder Management
- Strong on Microsoft MPP, Excel, Word
- Project & Program Management skills
- Team Player
- Planning
- People Management
- Projects Tracking & Execution Control
- Risks, Issues Management & Should be able to identify Mitigation plan or Contingency coordination skills
- Exposed to Governance meetings, Senior Management reviews
- Cost and Budget Control
- Exposure to Stand-alone applications and Enterprise Systems (multi-platform, technologies, Middleware, third party integrations, Legacy systems)
- Exposure to diversified set of Application environment like - Web Servers, Application Servers, Operating Systems, Databases, LDAP Servers, MQs
- Exposure to SDLC Methodologies like Waterfall, RUP, Agile Development using SCRUM & related Project Management tools
- Versed with Defect & Bug Tracking (HP ALM), related tools
