Performance Tester (S39)

Fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Performance Tester to join this fast paced and technical team. You will focus on working closely with the development team to ensure software performance is at its best.

The main responsibilities the successful candidate will carry out include:

- Designing the performance testing frameworks
- Selection of the most suitable tools and methodologies to ensure the best outcome
- Creating performance test scenarios
- Logging and tracking of any defects in order for them to be resolved
- Implementation and design of automation tests

In order to be successful for this position you will need to show:

- A strong background in software testing
- Experience in the implementation of functional test automation frameworks
- Web performance testing
- Open-source performance testing tools (eg. JMeter)
- Ideally you will have tested J2EE Web products
- A full understanding of both functional and non-functional testing
- Experience with defect management
- Understanding of an automation testing tool (eg. Selenium)
- Fantastic communication skills
