*Thorough Performance Testing Fundamentals and processes
*Knowledge of Performance Tools like LoadRunner, Jmeter, Neoload
*Able to identify and analyse performance bottlenecks
*Experience in Performance Test Planning, Estimations, & Requirement Gathering
*Knowledge of WebServer, App Server & DB Server Monitoring
RETAIL EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL
