Performance Tester

Length of Assignment: One (1) year

Job Description:

- Onsite Performance& Automation Test Lead with a good experience at onsite, with Performance Testing skills.
- Understanding NFRs from documents or from user interaction
- Performance Test Planning
- Test execution, analysis and providing recommendations.
- Stakeholder and Onsite-Offshore co-ordination and communication
- Tracking and Reporting
- Responsible for ETE performance of the related systems
- Other adhoc activities as required

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Technical Knowledge
- Performance Testing and LoadRunner
- Unix, Extraction and Analysis of Logs
- MS Excel, Data Manipulation, Macros, VB Scripting
- XML, Exporting data from XML or flat files to xls, etc.
- Ability to put performance testing results into perspective and provide recommendations.

- Domain Knowledge
- BFS Domain Knowledge, pref. Wealth/Investment Management
