Performance Test Analyst needs to be proactive enough in communicating with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architects and the Agile test lead to gather the NFR requirements as part of User Story acceptance criteria

Performance Test Analyst needs to be aggressively working with the FE team in highlighting the constraints in terms of environments and set up the right environment for testing with the help of Project Manager and Test Managers.

Performance Test Analyst needs to have extensive knowledge on Work load modelling,test data identification, Scripting and execution, bottleneck identification with Loadrunner tool

Performance Test Analyst needs to work closely with the PT lead in the UK.

Performance Test analyst has to be capable enough in understanding the test results, identification of bottle necks and highlight the risk in terms of performance to the Program managers.

Performance Test Analyst needs to Have extensive knowledge on HP Diagnostics, Code profiling, JVMs & good understanding of Java
