Performance Test Analyst - Silk Performer

Responsibilities:
* Contribute to performance strategy formulation
* Create performance test plans that implement the strategy
* Record, modify, debug and execute testing scripts
* Analyze test results to determine performance issues
* Create comprehensive performance reports and recommendations
* Effectively communicate performance issues
* Reporting defects and following up for resolution
Requirements:
* 2+ years using Silk Performer
* Excellent communication skills
* Proven Agile experience
* Experience on data migration projects - preferred
