Performance, Reward & Benefits Specialist

My client a Financial Services organisation based in the City ofLondoncurrently seek a Performance, Reward & Benefits Specialist 80-90k. Working as an integral part of a wider, global Reward function you will drive Performance, Reward and Benefits policies and processes that are pivotal to wider group talent initiatives. In a role that mixes strategic and operational delivery you will partner colleagues, wider HR and senior stakeholders across specific lines of business providing subject matter expertise guidance and training on all aspects of Performance, Reward and Benefits procedures. Key deliverables will include: * Working closely with stakeholders to understand specific functional needs, designing tailor made performance, reward and benefits solutions * Forming strong stakeholder relationships ensuring engagement in the performance, reward and benefits agenda * Continuously managing, evaluating and improving performance, reward and benefits tools, solutions and processes * Providing advice on executive compensation issues e.g. hiring * Managing relevant committees in regards to performance, reward and benefits * Managing the interim and final Performance, Pay & Potential (P3) processes * Supporting the review of the Group International Reward policies and processes This is a great opportunity to join a leading organisation who operate in a unique space in the market, and really contribute in this challenging role.
