PERFORMANCE QUALITY MANAGEMENT ENGINEER - SWEDEN
1x Performance Quality Management Engineer is needed on a contract basis in Stockholm Sweden for one of our prestigious clients in telecommunications. Fluent English is required for application. Start time is ASAP.
Responsibilities:
- Daily/regular PM analysis of the network KPIs
- Analyzing statistics and other data in order to identify service affecting faults in 2G, 3G and 4G RAN networks as well as for Core and VAS (SMS, MMS, Voicemail, Prepaid)
- Perform trend analysis
- General support in fault and troubleshooting in collaboration with other teams
- Analyzing statistics and other data in order to identify possible degradations after implemented changes to the network
- Providing statistics and analysis for problem investigations related to network quality
- Customer report generation including assessment of the delivered KPIs
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge in mobile (2G,3G,4G) Telecom
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills and presentation skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Telecommunications, engineering, technology or IT.
- More than 5 years of working experience in Telecom, preferably in Performance Management
- We expect you to have lots of energy and be able to handle stressful situations
- Proficient in Huawei and NSN tools such as PRS (M2000) and Reporting Suite (NetAct)
