Performance Officer - Adult Social Care

This is an exciting opportunity for a Performance Officer in the Adult's Social Care arena working for a London Borough Council on the consolidated performance team delivering professional performance management services and support to all parts of the Council.

To be considered for this role candidates must have solid experience in the Adult Social Care arena. This is an opportunity for an experienced individual to join a fast-paced and multidisciplinary team, working at the highest levels to help front-line services aim for the best, whilst also challenging and holding departments to account.

This role will;
* Support the delivery of the Council's corporate performance framework
* Support service transformation and improvement
* Provide performance insight and support to senior managers and departmental management teams
* Support the Council in meeting the requirements of external regulators and the completion of statutory returns
* Play a key role in the corporate performance reporting cycle, ensuring accountability and challenging under-performance
* Provide technical expertise to SCPP, services and partners
