This consultant will work as a member of Network Operations(NOC)/Migration team and will be responsible for implementing performance monitoring within the Oracle ERP suite of products.
IMPORTANT - AS YOU KNOW, THE NOC IS 24X7. WHILE SHIFT WORK IS NOT INVOLVED WITH THIS POSITION, ON-CALL TIME IS. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT COMFORTABLE BEING ON-CALL, WHICH INCLUDES WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
PRIMARY SKILLS REQUIRED
- Enterprise level performance monitoring (application, Servers and networks)
- Experience creating and maintaining documentation for an enterprise level platform
- Experience implementing processes and procedures
- ITIL
- Oracle databases
- Solid understanding of best practices in enterprise monitoring
NOT REQUIRED, BUT A PLUS
- Experience implementing application performance monitoring for Oracle EBS
- Experience with Quest Foglight
