Performance Marketing & Advertising Operations Executive

CREATION OF MARKETING/REMARKETING TAGS:

- Creation, test and troubleshoot of marketing/remarketing tags within a tag manager, understanding all impacts (working knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript DOM manipulation, related debugging tools, solid understanding of client side technologies and related topics such as AJAX, caching strategies, on/offline storage mechanisms, security, privacy policies, etc.).
- Define, implement and follow processes to make sure marketing/remarketing tags request are properly written by markets, are consistent with the privacy policy and do not create any security breach during implementation.
- Very regular interactions with technical teams of advertising agencies to test and troubleshoot marketing/remarketing campaigns (to make sure millions of impressions, views and remarketed advertising campaigns are properly tracked on a daily basis).

ACT AS THE INTERNAL REFERENT EXPERT FOR ALL MARKETING/REMARKETING TAGS TOPICS:

- Active contributor to the Tag Manager project team, defining data governance, workflow management and related guidelines to support the understanding of marketing and remarketing tags technical needs (including but not limited to the marketing/remarketing tag requirement form)
- Contribution to a better internal understanding of the technical requirements to design marketing/remarketing campaign, to implement attribution tracking and better optimize the budget and serving of paid search ads, remarketed ads, optimized campaigns.

SKILLS:
- Working knowledge of Front Development with good experience in Javascript DOM manipulation and related debugging tools.
- Deep understanding of client side technologies and related topics (AJAX, caching strategies, on/offline storage mechanisms, security, privacy policies, etc.).
- Excellent Excel Skills
- Knowledge of statistics
- Knowledge of media planning and buying
- Knowledge of A/B testing and other optimisation testing
- Strong business acumen with an understanding of marketing principals a big bonus
- A good understanding of web analytics and optimisation testing (or at least a desire to learn)

ATTRIBUTES:
- Knowledge and exposure to DoubleClick for Advertisers or DoubleClick for Publishers are a must
- Understanding of other main ad serving technologies is a plus (Atlas, programmatic serving ), combined with trafficking creative's and HTML or JavaScript experience for campaign troubleshooting.

- ROI of marketing campaigns
- ROI of marketing campaigns based on attribution model
- Marketing dashboard

LANGUAGE(S):
Must speak fluent English and French is a plus.
