Performance manager Estates (succession/nalatenschap) :
His/her role will be to analyse the actual formula to calculate the AuM (asset under management) retention rate following the decease of our customers, fix it if/where needed (some incoherencies in the results) and contribute to the elaboration of an improved retention KPI.

Education
Bachelor or equivalent by experience in performance management: data crunching, elaboration and automation of KPIs, datawarehouse management, …

Languages Requirement
French, Dutch & English
One of these 3 languages is ok, preferably native Dutch or native French speaking

Experience
Similar proven experiences in data crunching

Technical Experience
Mandatory
Data crunching, datawarehouse management

Business Experience
Mandatory
Performance Mgt, KPIs set-up and follow-up, Scorecards or similar.

Preferable
Experience in Banking world and/or estate management (succession/nalatenschap) domain is a plus
