Performance Management Specialist

Our client, a large government organisation (working as an umbrella department for a major cluster of various divisions) is currently looking for a PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST to be part of a SAP roll out across multiple departments.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR A CONTRACTOR WHO HAS:

- Vast experience with performance management with large scale implementations looking at success factors.
- Experience in performance management, workload management, application sizing, resource management, demand management, modelling and capacity planning.
- Preferably strong private sector experience.
- SAP HRIS/SAP HCM knowledge.
- A strong demonstrated ability to communicate across an organisation.
- A solid background change and technical release management.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Excellent people skills.
