I am looking to hire a Performance Management Expert for one of the public sector client.Below is the job description for the same.

LOCATION-LONDON/- COVENTRY (EAST MIDLANDS), CROOK (DURHAM), HARROGATE

DURATION-3 MONTHS

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

1. Strong analytical skills with innovative approaches to problem solving

2. Highly numerate with ability to quickly interpret a wide range of financial and statistical information

3. Good communicator and influencer with proven ability to quickly build effective working relationships across functional boundaries and to challenge Senior Managers effectively

4. Report writing skills with attention to detail

5. Effective people manager with the ability to draw together required resources, encourage diversity and motivate others to deliver required outcomes

6. Able to work across departments in a collaborative manner

7. Customer-focused, able to explain data in simple terms.

8. Degree in related subject (eg Management, Business, Accounting) or extensive equivalent experience 9. Programme/Project Management qualification, eg PRINCE 2

10. Evidence of Continuous Professional Development

Desirable Experience: Experience in business planning and performance management in a public sector organisation. Experience in policing
