Performance Management Consultant

Our client in Belgium is currently looking for a PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT to help them to MEASURE THE ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE. The PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT will work at our client in Belgium for at least 5 months.

Scope of work:

- Provide an up-to-date tracking of all KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS and DEVELOP STRATEGIC KPIS
- Provide a tracking and pro-active follow up of strategic initiatives
- Utilisation of local tools/dashboard to track KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS and initiatives progress
- Discussion and exchange with various groups and committees on initiatives
- DEVELOP KPIS with the business owners

Requirements:

- University master degree or equivalent
- Mature project manager with some strong business analytical skills
- Mandatory: Proficient at Excel and specifically excel tables/pivots/knowledgeable on VBA is a major plus
- Knowledge of Xcelsius (KPI graphics software) is a plus
- Team player
- Autonomous and reliable
- Good communicator
- Entrepreneurial, curious, desire to learn
- Thorough and methodical, precise person with resilience and high drive/energy
- English and French speaking
- No scientific knowledge required
- 7-10 Years experience as Project Manager with some strong business analytical skills
