Performance Management Analyst (Banking/Belfast)

Projektbeschreibung

Looking for an experience Performance Management Analyst for a customer within the banking sector for their Belfast offices. This is a 6 month contract with a view to extend for a further 3-6 months.

SKILLSET:

Information technology operations management expertise leading within a global technical operations organization.

Strong analytical and problem solving skills applied within an information technology operations organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Contributes to developing the customers Transformation metrics program framework and governance model.
- Supports implementing the framework structure to measure, report/communicate, and correct/improve progress against objectives for a complex, global program.
- Determines data collection, measurement and calculation methodologies for tiered, or cascading, metrics across cost, quality, and productivity dimensions.
- Researches and recommends tools and processes to automate metric calculations, report generation, and dashboard presentation. 
- Implements best practices with regards to metrics through an innovative and proactive approach to optimizing processes and demonstrating improvement and progression through dashboards.
- Supports tactical and strategic initiatives such as implementing new tools and processes with a focus on performance management, and measuring this across the organization.
- Demonstrates professional judgment to perform, and recommend, ad-hoc analytical requests.
- Maintains responsibility for the collation, analysis, and generation of detailed management information reporting.
- Provides tactical and strategic analytical support for defining problems and developing innovative strategic solutions.
- Performs impact analyses on project and development support activities.
- Influences and builds relationships with key business partners.
- Partners with cross-functional teams supporting the business to optimize business results. 
- Contributes to the design and creation of complex processes and reporting streams.
- Negotiates practical  solutions across organizational boundaries, bringing knowledge and awareness of regional/country legal requirements

EXPERIENCE:

Certified 6 Sigma

Experience within the Banking Sector
-

6-8 Years experience within a similar role
-

Experience of governance modelling
-

Experience utilizing various methodologies
-

Experience researching and recommending tools and processes to automate metric calculations, report generation, and dashboard presentation

Strong Business Acumen
-

Experience in dealing with various stakeholders
