Performance/Forecasting Analyst - Mortgages - £250 - £290 per day

Our client, a large banking organisation is looking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate to join a mortgages reporting team in the Gloucester area.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Analyse, understand and communicate mortgage acquisition performance across the business
- Continually develop suite of daily/weekly performance reporting for mortgage acquisitions in order to drive performance, ensuring all data is robust and accurate (includes reporting on full sales funnel - applications, call volumes, leads usage, appointment levels etc)
- Manage stakeholder relationships across channels (branch/telephony/digital), marketing, finance and CVM in order to ensure advocacy for mortgage product plans and drive cross departmental working to deliver performance to target
- Take a lead in developing and delivering product and cross-channel initiatives in order to improve customer experience and business performance
- Drive the quarterly interlock forecasting process, ensuring that channels and bought into targets and these are built on robust assumptions.  Ensure that agreed quarterly targets match to director expectations and relate to the financial plans.
- Evaluation of marketing effectiveness of campaign activity to include appropriate PIR and ROI analysis, as well as timely performance reporting during the length of the campaign
- Effectively manage and develop Sales Performance Assistant Manager
