THE COMPANY

Our client is one of Australia's leading and largest Financial Services Organizations that has expanded its operations beyond the Australian shores. The organization has a large range of financial offerings to both public and private clients across the retail, corporate and institutional banking areas. They have a very large technical footprint that combines a dynamic range of technologies in an ultimately complex landscape. Due to an expanding remit of this teams service offering to the bank they require an engineer with expertise in the world of Digital Channels (Mobile/iOS/Android) with a focus on Operations (DevOps) System Performance, High Availability/Resilience.

THE TEAM

The performance team has a very large remit, to evaluate and improve bank wide systems with a focus on system high availability, performance, capacity and resiliency. This team has been organically grown over the last 3 years and now, due to their excellent success record of improvements, they have been given a wider remit and larger projects. This lead role will be aligned to the firms Digital Channels stream which includes numerous high volume, transactional web portals, Mobile (iOSa passion and drive for technical excellence.
